Byron Fields
Managing Partner
Mr. Fields co-founded Titleist Asset Management, Ltd in 2003
where he serves as a principal and chair of the investment
committee. Mr. Fields attended the University of Texas on a golf
scholarship where he graduated from the McCombs School of Business
with a degree in Finance. He won the Lan Hewlett Award in 1997 and
1998 for having the highest G.P.A. in his sport. Mr. Fields was on
the Southwest Conference and Big XII Honor roles all four years.
After graduating in 1999, he served as a Financial Advisor for
American Express Financial Advisors. Mr. Fields built his own
practice and actively managed client accounts. In October 2001, he
decided to join CyberTrader, Inc., a division of Charles Schwab,
where he was responsible for all aspects of trading operations. Mr.

Joe-Ben O'Banion
Managing Partner
Mr. O'Banion co-founded Titleist Asset Management, Ltd. in 2003
where he serves as Chief Executive Officer and principal with 13
years of investment experience. He is a member of the company's
Investment committee in addition to providing customized portfolio
management services to individuals and company retirement
plans.
After graduating from Texas State University in 1997, Mr.
O'Banion worked with Morgan Stanley assisting clients in all
aspects of financial planning and wealth management. He then
accepted a job with Frost Bank in the fixed income and equity
division. He later accepted a senior trader position with
CyberTrader, Inc., a division of Charles Schwab, where he gained
extensive knowledge working with institutional and retail clients.

where he is active in the community as a member of the Stone Oak
Business Association and serves on the board for the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society.

Russell King
Senior Partner
Mr. King graduated from the Business School at Texas A&M
University with a degree in Management. He served 8 years with
Citizens Incorporated in business development and managed client
accounts. In March 2000, Mr. King left his career as an insurance
executive and started with A.G. Edwards in Georgetown,
Texas. He built his own clientele and business and was later
offered a job at Morgan Stanley in Austin, Texas. He acquired
experience and further developed his clientele then decided to join
Titleist Asset Management, Ltd. in August 2006.
Since joining the firm, Mr. King and TAM have designed multiple
investment platforms to expand into an international investment

Greg Thompson
Senior Partner
Mr. Thompson was drafted out of high school by the Los Angeles
Dodgers in the 12th round of the 1994 MLB Amateur Draft and played
professional baseball for more than 4 years until his career was
limited by injuries. He then graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors
from West Texas AM University where he received his BBA in Finance
with an emphasis in Accounting from the T. Boone Pickens College of
Business.
Mr. Thompson started his financial career in 2000 with Merrill
Lynch and after 3 years decided to develop his business with more
autonomy and independence so he left to join SWBC Wealth Management
in 2003. That continuous desire to provide his clients with the
greatest access to various investment strategies and the unbiased,
independent relationship has brought Mr. Thompson to his current

Mr. Thompson is also heavily involved in the
community. He serves as President of the Board of Bexar Country
Detention Ministries Endowment, Treasurer of Christian Outdoor
Alliance and on the Advisory Board for the Sisters of the Sacred
Heart of Jesus. He is a past Vice President and former Board Member
of Alamo Heights Rotary and former Home Owners Association
President. He and his wife, Ginger, have led adult as well as
pre-teen Bible studies for their Church. He also has been a mentor
for a young man for more than 3 years through the organization,
Heritage Children. He is also involved in many other organizations,
including, Bible Study Fellowship, Elf Louise, The Mays YMCA and
McAllister Park Little League.
He is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast. Growing up
in the great states of Texas & New Mexico, he has always had a
great love for the outdoors. His interests include; Baseball,
Football, Basketball, Golf, Bow Hunting, Fishing, Camping &
Snow Boarding. Mr. Thompson lives in San Antonio with his wife,
Ginger and their two sons, Cooper (7) & Jett (5) and they
belong to Cross Bridge Community Church.

education and communication.
Mr. Thompson's primary business objective is to

Brent Buehler
Partner
Mr. Buehler graduated from the University of Texas at San
Antonio in 2004 and started his investment professional career with
the USAA Investment Company. Mr. Buehler obtained the investment
professional designations of AAMS® (Accredited
Asset Management Specialist) and CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning
Counselor).
He later accepted a job with Chase Investment Services in
January 2006 where he grew his clientele by designing investment
strategies and allocation models to address each client's needs and

Neil Kalb

Mr. Kalb has over 17 years' experience in the securities
industry. Prior to joining Titleist Asset Management, Ltd., he
helped manage SWBC Investment Services brokerage operations for
Southwest Busines Corporation in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Kalb's
additional work history includes such firms as USAA Investment
Management Company, Citicorp Investment Services, American First
Associates and Ladenburg Thalmann. He has experience in new issues,
trading, retail sales and has worked with high net worth
clients.

Mrs. Freeman graduated from the University of Texas at San
Antonio in 1997 with a BBA in Business Management. She has 14 years
