1. Service:  We conduct on site one-on-one meetings with participants and trustees to review accounts, investment options, and discuss the current market environment. Consistent communication with our clients has proven to be very important, especially during volatile market conditions.
   
   
2. Education:  TAM focuses on participant education which is achieved through meetings and electronic correspondence. TAM shares fiduciary responsibility with the plan trustees so we focus on communications with participants and make ourselves available for private consultations. We address many of the common questions employees have about their 401(k), retirement planning, customize investment strategies, and help manage investments outside of participant's 401(k) if needed.
   
   
3. Performance:  The funds we select have outperformed most of their peers over a five and ten year time frame which has helped increase long-term returns for participants. We do not chase last year's top-performing fund. We are always analyzing and researching portfolio managers and their team to evaluate the best investment options available.
